Damcon Group – About us

Our team is multicultural: We are German, Turkish, Italian, Greek and Spanish. We can create your campaigns in these and other languages.

We position ourselves in the segment of small to medium size online marketing agencies and are seen by our customers as an “extended arm” of the corporate marketing department.

The founding team can look back on 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with previous professional positions in online marketing such as the Iven & Hillmann GmbH (later: LBi Germany AG / Publicis Groupe), the Zanox.de AG, affilinet GmbH and ValueClick Germany GmbH (later: Conversant GmbH).


Since early 2013 we are the official training organization of the industry – and the Chamber of Commerce for the apprenticeship job for management assistants for marketing communications.

Damcon Timeline

September 2014 – We started the new academic year with a new trainee. This year DMEXCO proved to be a great success for us.

August 2014 – The Berlin office moved to larger premises to the Heinrich-Roller-Straße in Prenzlauer Berg.

February 2014 – We proved ourselves in the new business model of Online-Shop creation website design with new employees and some collaborations.

March 2013 – From here on, we offered tools for optimizing SEA campaigns and for the bid management area.

January 2013 – This year, we started an official training centre for the Chamber of Commerce and employed our first trainees.

November 2012 – Google invited us as one of “the fastest growing agencies in the region” to the Berlin Google office.

April 2012 – We received the Seal certified Google Adwords-Partner and Zanox Certified Agency.

January 2012 – The management decided to open a second German location in the capital – Berlin – led by Jörg Ullmann and Christoph Mohr.

December 2011 – A new location has been established in Germany, Bad Toelz, near Munich.

November 2011 – The birth of Damcon GmbH an owner managed, independent, online marketing agency with the 3 directors Daniele Mulas, Jörg Ullmann and Christoph Mohr.

March 2011 – Following the establishment of the Italian offices and the recruitment of industry-related employees, and with the care of many well-known portals in the travel segment and dating area, first major successes in the Italian market were had.

October 2010 – Transformation of the existing activities in the establishment and the founding of the immediate Milan-based Damcon srl with the simultaneous expansion on the Italian market.

May/June 2010 – over 10 partner programs were cared for and the certificate for affilinet Certified Agency was awarded for the first time.

September 2009 – Daniele Mulas founded an online marketing agency in Munich and began to engage customers in the Performance Marketing.
